Construckers is building transformative technology for the construction logistics industry, and we are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying features across our web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Build scalable front-end interfaces and backend services.
- Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship high-impact features.
System Architecture
- Participate in planning and design of system improvements.
- Implement API integrations and ensure smooth communication between modules.
- Optimize system performance, stability, and security.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct code reviews and participate in QA processes.
- Identify issues and troubleshoot bugs in a timely manner.
- Write unit tests and ensure robust code quality.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Contribute technical ideas during planning discussions.
- Help shape best engineering practices and standards.
- Stay up to date with modern development tools, frameworks, and trends.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Full Stack development. Recommended skills:
- Frontend: React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks
- Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent
- Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- APIs: RESTful or GraphQL
- Experience building scalable SaaS applications is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
