About the Role
The Bilingual Sales Associate plays a key role in our growth by engaging prospects, delivering product value clearly in both languages, and assisting the sales team with demos and follow-ups. You will represent the Construckers brand with professionalism while helping companies adopt tools that simplify their operational workflow.
This position requires strong communication skills, confidence in outreach, and the ability to engage clients across multilingual environments.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients in construction, logistics, and hauling sectors.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach in both French and English.
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads and move them through early stages of the sales process.
Client Engagement in French & English
- Clearly present and explain the Construckers platform to stakeholders.
- Conduct bilingual discovery calls to understand operational challenges and pain points.
- Schedule product demos for senior sales staff.
Sales Support & CRM Management
- Assist in preparing proposals, follow-up messages, and onboarding support materials.
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking within the CRM.
- Support translation and bilingual communication as needed.
Relationship Building
- Build strong rapport with decision-makers, dispatchers, project managers, and drivers.
- Provide a professional and informative experience for clients evaluating the platform.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Comfort with outreach, including cold calling and virtual meetings.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and self-driven.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Experience in construction, trucking, logistics, or SaaS platforms is an asset.
