Sales Associate – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

About the Role

Construckers is seeking a bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to help drive customer acquisition and support our rapidly growing client base within the construction and hauling industry. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, responsible for explaining our platform, identifying customer needs, and building strong relationships across both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, personable, and passionate about helping businesses streamline their logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of leads across both English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client challenges and qualify opportunities.

Customer Engagement

  • Present the Construckers platform confidently in both English and Spanish.
  • Translate product benefits clearly for field teams, dispatchers, haulers, and contractors.
  • Schedule product demos for senior sales leaders.

Sales Funnel Support

  • Assist with proposals, follow-ups, onboarding coordination, and CRM updates.
  • Prepare bilingual communication materials when required.

Relationship Building

  • Build trust with decision-makers and operational personnel.
  • Offer ongoing support during the evaluation and onboarding phase.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and customer engagement.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in construction, hauling, logistics, or tech is a plus.
