Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Associate who will play a key role in driving our new client acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying qualified leads, reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their operational challenges, and presenting Construckers as the ideal solution.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating, problem-solving, building relationships, and being part of a fast-growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients related the construction logistics industries.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up sequences.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
2. Product Presentation & Education
- Learn the Construckers platform inside-out.
- Clearly explain how our system simplifies communication between construction companies, haulers, and drivers.
- Conduct intro walkthroughs and schedule full product demos for the sales team.
3. Sales Support & Funnel Management
- Assist with proposal preparation, follow-up calls, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain detailed records and updates in the CRM.
- Ensure prospects have a smooth and professional experience throughout their journey.
4. Relationship Building
- Establish trust and rapport with decision-makers, dispatchers, and field teams.
- Understand client pain points and recommend solutions tailored to their workflows.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to improve messaging and sales materials.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable speaking on the phone and in meetings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads.
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Valid G driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings or events.
- Experience in civil construction, construction trucking, dispatching, and logistics.
